How did you get into r/c stuff?

Post the story of how you got into r/c stuff and why its fun to you.....

back in 1986 my uncle hada rc boat. we messed with that boat for about a year befor we got it to run. was very fun for me. then about 1990 i got a blackfoot by tamiya. i built it ran it..then i moved on to a rc10 gold pan. i raced in local races. i lost a lot until a older guy helped me out,been in the hobby since that year. now i race at my LHS. raced from 2004 to 2007 then i quit. now i buy/sell rc's for profit and a hobby. now i have a NEW slash to race. the slash class at the LHS has grown.so now i am seraching for a brushelss and some lipso.


hobby has been fun for me.
